Center for Quantum Science and Technologies (CQST) at IIT Mandi, India was established in 2023 with a vision to become a leading hub for quantum research in India, CQST brings together experts from various disciplines including Physics, Computer Science, and Engineering. We focus on both fundamental theoretical advancements and practical experimental implementations across the quantum spectrum. Our state-of-the-art facilities and collaborative environment enable us to tackle complex challenges and contribute significantly to the global quantum landscape.

Our mission extends beyond research to include comprehensive education and outreach programs. We aim to train highly skilled professionals capable of driving innovation in quantum technologies, including quantum computing, communication, optics, sensing and materials. Through various workshops, seminars, and academic courses, we strive to build a strong foundation for quantum literacy.
